All products on wearecph.com can be purchased online – right now!
Click on the product you want, choose size and color. Click the "add to cart".
You can easily add more items to your shopping bag, simply follow the procedure as described.
When you are finished shopping, press the button "check out" and fill in the required fields with your information.
Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Upon receiving the order confirmation, please check that it matches your order and that your address is correct.
Contact eshop @ wearecph.com immediately if you detect errors.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS WRONG CONTENT?
If your order has wrong content, please contact: eshop @ wearecph.com and attach your order.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED - CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER?
Only if the order not yet has been packed. We are packing orders all day and we need to have the changes as
soon as possible after booking to make changes. If we cannot change the order you always have the opportunity
to use your 14-day right of cancellation, see more below.
All prices on wearecph.com can be shown in Euro, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian kroner including VAT
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its
destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
All orders are sent from Denmark.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept the following credit cards:
Dankort, VISA, Mobilepay, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA Electron, American Express and JCB (No charge for using debit cards at wearecph.com)
Before payment you will be informed about what products you have ordered and at what price.
When you select a payment, you will be sent to a secure website on Dibs where you must enter:
• Card number
• Expiration date
• Control Number
(If you fill out the fields incorrect, your purchases on WEARECPH.com will not be implemented.)
The amount will not be drawn from your account until the dispatch of the
products from wearecph.com and you will receive an order confirmation
shortly after by email and again when you receive your purchased.
It is not possible to pay in advance, use online banking or e-cash on wearecph.com

When you shop at WEARECPH you make agreements in the following languages:
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP WITH CREDIT CARDS ONLINE?
Once you find the products you want to buy, you will be directed automatically to a secure server on Architrade.
From then on, all information between you and the server is encrypted with SSL (Secure Secret Layer) encryption.
This is to ensure that no one can see the information you send. The transmission itself has been approved by the PBS
to ensure the best possible security for the transaction. When you are in the safe zone, your browser window will display a
small "Secure Server" icon. On Internet Explorer and Firefox, this little icon is a padlock.
We will never ask for a signature or PIN on wearecph.com. Whether you shop online or in a store, it is expressively your signature
which is legally binding. If someone is abusing your card number and
expiration date, the shop is obliged to cancel the purchased.
Your bank will do this transaction for you. You will not risk anything by shopping at wearecph.com
DO I NEED TO ORDER ONLINE?
It is the safest and most effective way to handle your order. We only accept online ordering using the website.
For normal ordering please visit our shops.
WHEN DO YOU DRAW THE MONEY?
We do not draw money until the dispatch of the order.
CAN I PICK UP MY PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?
Unfortunately you cannot pick up orders directly from our warehouse.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE (S)?
The delivery time in Denmark is 2-4 days after order date.
For delivery outside Denmark, the delivery time is normally 4-7 business days after order date.
All products will be shipped via Post DK or GLS.
(Orders in Norway are send with BRING)
All products will be delivered as long as they are available from stock.
samsoe.com has intelligent stock control and display only products in stock.
Reservations are made for printing errors, stock control errors and changes in prices.
Please note, that during campaigns and sale, delivery time can be longer, both within and outside Denmark.
HOW DO I CHANGE CURRENCY AT WEARECPH.COM?
There is dropdown menu on the top right side of our website. You can
here choose the currency you want the prices to be shown in.
CAN YOU DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO AN AGREED PLACE?
Since we deliver through Post DK and GLS, we will only be able to
deliver at addresses given without further individual agreements.
I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES - WHAT DO I DO?
Post DK or GLS will put a note in your mailbox and you can retrieve your package at your local post office.
Please note the date on the package. You can also choose to get the
package delivered through GLS pakke shops, this gives you the option of
picking your order at an adresse/shop near you eg blockbuster. This
option is only available in Denmark.
THERE IS A DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT
wearecph.com check all products before shipment. Should you however receive
a product with defects, you may return the item as soon as possible.
Please enclose details with your name and invoice number. Products
returned with defects will be replaced within 7 days of receipt.
If we do not have your product in stock you will get your money back within 7 days.
You are futhermore of course covered by the 2 years regulations for Danish buys from when you receive the product.
You must claim within a reasonable time from when you discover the defect. 2 months will always be considered timely complaint.

Remember that the product must always be returned in good packaging, and
get a receipt for shipment, so we can repay your shipping costs.
We will refund reasonable shipments costs, that you may have in returning the item when the claim is justified.
TRACK YOUR ORDER.
Orders which have been sent as a package will receive a track and trace
number which can be viewed at www.postdanmark.dk / or www.gls-group.eu.
THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
By shopping at wearecph.com you have as a online customer 14 days to inform us that you want to
withdraw from the day you receive the purchase, and then 14 days to return it to the webshop, according to the
Consumer Contracts. Your 14 + 14 days withdrawal means that you, can receive your product, open it
and see if it is as expected. If you regret your purchase, you deliver
the goods bought in our online shop back to us
and will be refunded the price of goods + shipping costs. (Cost of
for the right of withdrawal is that the
received items are returned to WEARECPH in the same condition and quantity
as upon delivery. If this requirement is not met, a significant decrease
of value of the good will happen.
The withdrawal can also be done by refusing to receive the package or by personal delivery of the goods to WEARECPH.

original invoice) and request to get your money back – on the return
form that came with your order.
Once you've used your credit card the amount will be returned to your account within 30 days.
THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT HAS BEEN DISCOUNTED – DO I GET THE DIFFERENCE?
We´re sorry but we cannot pay the difference on discounted products.

We do at the moment not have any WEARECPH stores.
DOES WEARECPH SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES THAN DENMARK?
Yes, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, France, Austria and England.
(Unfortunately we do not ship to Greenland, the Canary Islands, The Balearic Islands, Svalbard, or Faroe Island).
